You edit the config.yml and put in the ip of the bungeecord server that you want them to join through. The jar file goes on every SPIGOT server not BUNGEECORD.

The plugin page also has documentation on how to install and setup.

i did that and hwen i try to join the server it says you hsve joined through a proxy.

In that case then remove the ip you entered and change setup: false to setup: true
This will automatically fill in the criteria the next time you restart your server.
