From my experiences, I usually get a response within 1 hour. I'm guessing it depends on their support team's timezone(s) and yours.

I think he's alluding to their response time, not servers.
I read it wrong.

When I owned Galaxy node we had 20+ people move to us from shockbyte. They said it was laggy and had bad support.
