Bungeecord NuVotifier

Its been a few weeks since I setup nuvotifier over bungeecord and at first proxy forwarding was working until I changed my IPs to 127.0.0.1 for security reasons I couldn't get it working again on proxy or pluginmessaging so I need someone who is more experienced with votifier to do it I can pay someone like $10.
