Bungeecord plugin

Basically looking for a bungeecord plugin with all the same features as this “bungeecord jar” https://www.mc-market.org/resources/10187/

the reason I’m not straight up just purchasing the jar is because it’s not compatible with a variety of bungeecord plugins I’m assuming for various reasons, so I thought it would be better to just get a plugin made to do this instead.

I don't think anyone is going to make a custom Bungee fork for $10, you are better off buying that one for $6 or using Waterfall (PaperSpigot's fork of Bungee with better performance) and a plugin like BungeeUptimeSuite to do the server management part that the jar you linked offers.

Good luck finding someone to do this for $10. Your best bet is finding a non-exclusive plugin that already contains the features you are looking for. If there are none that exist, you will almost certainly need to increase your budget. In any case, I hope you find what you're looking for.
