Hello!
My name is Phineas - I am a very experienced Linux system administrator. With my experience, I am able to create a complex network system to hold lots (thousands) of players - this system is very similar to what Hypixel/Mineplex/CubeCraft use.
With this type of system, your network will have a lot of failover methods (so for example, if one Bungee goes down, players would still be able to connect to your server as HaProxy only connects users to online proxies). This doesn't HAVE to be used for a large network - if a small, quality network would like to use this system, it'd work perfectly fine. It just means you need more resources to run.
Note that I can design and implement this type of system for any application, where it be a web server or a Teamspeak server. Just PM/Skype me the details.

*We will be using round-robin DNS for the setup without HaProxy, meaning if one of your Bungees goes down then the player has a chance of getting connected to the offline Bungee as there is no checks to see if one is offline/online
