Just a suggestion from my side. Start with something smaller, it will be easier to keep the playerbase, once you have a steady 30-50 playerbase ask your players if they want more gameplays, if they want it, expand it into a network, if not then just keep it as a single server

I hope you have a lot more than $15 to start a network. Also as said above, starting smaller is better, having minimal players and 6 servers will be sort of pointless, you might as well wait until you have a decent playerbase then expand.
