Bungeecord Setup

So, I'm working on a client commission. (Hub & Prison).
When creating the server on my home computer, I could connect to Hub and go to Prison using Bungeecord.

They recently bought the OVH dedi and got Ptero setup. I created a 1GB Bungee and a 6GB Hub server, and then a 48GB Prison server.

I've currently only moved the Bungeecord and Hub files, so I can get the bungeecord server to work.

I turn on both Bungee and the Hub server, but connecting just says the fallback server(Hub) is offline, even though it is online, and connecting to it directly works fine (Just kicks due to the Bungee IP Forwarding).

Bungee: 25565
Hub: 25566
Prison: 26667 (Not worried about Prison as of now)

If anyone can help me setup Bungeecord on Ptero and get it working, it'd be appreciated. Would also like all the Bungee security as well. DM me if you are interested, as well as the price you would want.

Try Hub: 25566 but replace Hub with the actual number IP

Make sure your Hub and Prison servers are set to offline mode

Make sure the port 25566 is forwarded on that network.

If the hub is hosted on the same pc use:

address: localhost:25566
restricted: false

Ptero is cancer but last time I worked on bungee with Ptero it took ages to fix and was a hassle and a half.

And then in the spigot.yml file make sure that you have the setting "Bungeecord" set to true.
If this doesn't work then I really don't know sounds like a port forwarding issue to me then. In that case try different ports.

I had the same issue first when creating a bungeecord server with Pterodactyl but solved it pretty quickly.

I can solve this for you if it's still a matter.

Let me explain you, its uses custom IP, and you will need use custom IP on config, when you settup Bungee on Ptero, only add the servers and dont change the ip, and per server, put this IP, 127.0.0.1, and on Bungee start, and the ip will stay like this 185....... , if you need more help, we can talk on Discord.
