Bungeecord supported WELCOME plugin

Need a plugin made that does the following:
Main use for this plugin is so players get something out of welcoming a new player on the server. This gets triggered after they have used the word "welcome" in their sentence.After they have welcomed a new player they receive 1 welcome point. They can use the welcome point in the "/welcome shop" "/welcome" both opens the gui for the welcome shop. After they meet the requirements they can click an item to purchase a command to be executed in their name example: "/give %player% diamond 64" they get the amount of points the used deducted from their total.
Requirements:
- Not being able to abuse spamming welcome message
- Supports bungeecord (meaning you can't switch servers and type welcome on 2 different servers to get points)
- Points transfer cross all servers
- Established gui in which there is a placeholder that tells you how many points you have out of how many you need to purchase an item in the gui and if you can afford it
example:


- Fully configurable messages example: "you have received a point for welcoming a new player"
- The gui does not close if you do not meet the requirements but closes if you purchase the item
- Fully configurable GUI where you can choose an item,itemname,lore,glowing item,color code support
- Make code accessible to everyone (OPEN SOURCE) after the plugin is done and I paid you for your work.
