Bungeecord Title Plugin.

I've done a lot of research on this sort of plugin however each is always missing something or other.

I want a title system (similar to ArkhamNetwork's if you are familiar with them) where a user can
- unlock a title via a certain permission
- have the ability to apply or remove the title from their name
- have the ability to change the colour and formatting of each individual letter of the title based on their permissions)

Just wondering if anybody knows a plugin which encompasses all this or wants to make one.
MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH BUNGEECORD / use mysql.
