Bungeecord/Waterfall plugin developer needed

Hello o/

I'm looking for some estimates on getting a plugin developed. The plugin I am looking for is a permission based whitelist for a servers. I'm using luckperms with waterfall to proxy a few 1.18 spigot servers for friends and would like to be able to whitelist players with a permission node.

If someone attempts to join "server1" on the network, they would need to have a permission "bungeeserver.join.server1" (or bungeeserver.join.*) to join, and if they don't have that permission then kick them with a message (configurable) like "You are not whitelisted to join this server"
