Permissions:

• /report No permission needed
  
  
• /reports bungeereport.reports
  
  
• /goto bungeereport.goto

Bypass permission ( If an user has this permission, all other users will not be able to report him / her):

You can configure all report messages in the config.yml ( In the BungeeReport folder)
