i shall tell something about myself,
iam jeffrey aka miniDeathStriker, iam the owner of the BurningNexus Network.
iam 17 years old, and i live in holland!

what's the BurningNexus Network
the BurningNexus Network is a minecraft server/bungeecord network.
that aims to give players the best possible experience!
we do this by having a good and efficient staff team, but also by making our server look better than others. and last but not least also with custom plugins, made by me or one of 2 Developer's.

whats the difference between trainee and helper?

pretty much nothing except the name, both are just basically, trial ranks - about learning about mistakes and being confident about decisions and a whole other tonne of stuff[DOUBLEPOST=1513024626][/DOUBLEPOST]

I have a few questions,

why the unnecessary staff ranks as assistant admin and trainee moderator... like if you're having trainee why the need to add another trainee rank under moderator, the trainee/helper rank is all the trial/learning phases where mods will view any proof they have caught of potential hackers and they can let their experiences come in handy when marking the proof as sufficient or insufficient. Why the need for assistant admin as well, I mean if I set up ranks, guidelines e.g I would think of a purpose instead of giving some irrelevant ranks like trainee moderator which doesn't sound right at all when you have a trainee rank and what would the purpose of an assistant administrator be - assisting an admin with what? admins should be working with other admins instead of some assistant that will probably not know too much about how to assist, just some feedback.
