Business Account additions

Business account owners should be allowed to remove someone from the business account so if member2 is added to the business account and they end up resigning or they are demoted, the Owner can simply remove them from the business account.

I am pretty sure someone went rogue and just wanted to expose the team because something happened between them and they wanted to ruin Valuxe Service.

Business account members should be allowed to leave the business account so if they resign, they are able to leave without having to make a support ticket and wait to be removed.
