Business Account Discontinuation/ Name Change.

Hey, I find it very strange how discontinuing a business account is not an option. I believe it should be but within separate periods of times, as it is really hard once you have bought Supreme on your main account and have made a business account and you cannot pay for another $25 to be able to change your name. I believe being able to change your business account name within a time period such as 1 week or up to 30 days to be able to re-change it would be good and easier on someone who is running a business's behalf.

Yes, but I mean for people who do not intend on spending $25 or possibly another $25 up to $50 just to be able to change your name on the business account.

I never had a business account, but if mcm is charging $25 to just change the business account's name, then that's bullshit.
If we're buying the ranks, then allow us to change our names as those perks are PART OF THAT RANK.

You can buy premium, which is $10 but what if you already have paid for premium and supreme on your main account and don’t have the finances and or won’t pay for that again to JUST be able to change your name? I KNOW for a fact it will not put a whole in they’re database as it requires a few bits of coding but it is worth it when your community asks for something and it actually FOR ONCE has been looked over and someone with high power has agreed to that.

It actually takes us a very long time to delete accounts due to all the content that would need to be disassociated or otherwise changed (many add-ons cache usernames as visible in conversation search). We haven’t done a deletion in a while as far as I’m aware, so I’m not sure exactly how long it would take exactly, but from experience, it would error out from how long it takes. So, deletion is definitely off the table if not already due to lost transaction history which could prove useful in the future.

Then have a way for us to "retire" the account with a suspension and open a new one. Obviously with a limit of like once a month, and make sure to have staff monitoring it and such.

If you're a business, and can't afford $25 to rebrand yourself, sounds like an issue. I would not recommend starting up a business if $25 seems like a big investment.

Seems like must to be honest, I understand that they lock the whole business account behind a paywall to prevent fake/spam accounts being created but the inability to change the name doesn't make any sense to me.

Would you mind helping delete my Business account. It was used un-properly because of my little brother and now I cannot use it for something I feel is necessary

Same issues as me, but I decided to buy the Premium rank and change the name. However I need the premium rank to sell the resources, so yeah.
