I have a business account with premium and it still won't let me change my name. Mick

I have a business account without Premium, is there any way I can get the name changed?

Business account aren't allowed to have its name changed. This is in order to prevent fraud, and because businesses don't tend to change their name. However, if you have a valid reason for a name change (ex: business renaming), you can try and ask the moderators using the support ticket.

P.S. it's not a bug.

In our migration to XF2 one of our plans is to completely retire our existing business accounts system and instead opt to have business threads and business resources. If you’d like to read more about this, please do so here: https://www.mc-market.org/threads/571766/

Since this suggestion is about our current system which is soon to be discontinued in our migration, we won’t be making this suggested change.
