Business Account Rule Needs to be Removed

In all factual intent, these so called "Business Account(s)" are a contradiction to the rule of not allowing alts. It makes no sense in all honesty and I either needs to be seriously revised or removed. That, or alts in general be allowed. Because that is what this is. Thank you. Mick, This forum is business oriented. There should not be a need for a second account.

If you read the actual wiki it states that "Your business account should only be used for advertising and managing your service.".

That does not matter lol the rules and what the wiki say are contradicting. Those rules of alts and business accounts have no clear ground. My argument is valid as it is clear there is a contradiction

There are no clear rules regarding alting in the wiki. It is simply common sense, but there are clear rules of the usage of business accounts.

If not not having alts so clear, then why are business accounts allowed? They ARE alts.

Business accounts are designed to be used solely for business. Generally, hosting businesses are the only ones that create business accounts and it is appropriate to keep it that way. If you find a business account that is abusing, report the abusive threads/posts and MCM staff will deal with accordingly.

I'm sorry, I worded that incorrectly. Business accounts are designed for businesses (by that I mean business entities, not individuals), hence they are called business accounts.

Still then that company account should be ran by someone and that person should not be able to have an account other than that business one

Business accounts are only allowed to be used for business and business only. They can't be used to contribute to general discussion or share personal opinions and views. Therefore, I don't think that would be an acceptable or reasonable solution. Individualized and business accounts should be kept separate. Again, if you feel a business account is in violation of this rule, you can report the user to staff and I'm sure they will handle it accordingly.

Correct, the business accounts are for users who actually have a business and want to use a different account to advertise this. This account should only be used for your service and your service alone.
