My business account CelaenaS has to wait 30 days despite having Ultimate.

This is a known bug, and a fix is in the pipeline, but in the meantime, do make a ticket and one of our moderators will be happy to change your name for you if you’ve got ultimate and it has been 14 days since your last name change.

With our migration to XF2 we're planning on completely retiring our business accounts system in favor of a much more powerful and better system of sharing threads and resources. We're also not investigating any additional minor bugs that occur on our XF1 instance of the site while we move towards releasing XF2 relatively soon. In the meantime if anyone else is experiencing this trouble please create a ticket and our team will be happy to assist you. I'll move this to the bug report archives, thank you for the report nonetheless.
