I am starting a Productions Company (Still working on a name) & really need someone who knows what their doing in the background of the legal work. Such as getting a proper LLC, help create any documents & folders to keep what files are needed to be kept, Help me figure out taxing my employees and paying my taxes.

At first its just helping me figure it all out and guiding me. We just started so my budget is low. Inbox me to talk further.

Thank you for the referral, however, based on what the OP is saying I wouldn't be interested in working with this user as a business partner due to his lack of prior knowledge in the business field itself. Any person wanting to start a business should know how to do the things he's listed.

When someone learns to ride a bike, they fall and fall. They have someone TEACH THEM and they learn. I'm getting budgets of 10,000$ a month to run these channels, I do not have the time to run the legal background so I need help, but it wont be you. You clearly didn't understand what I meant, let me rephrase it for you. I meant that you should learn and do some research before starting anything as starting when knowing nothing won't get you anywhere. Once you have a decent grasp on the fundamentals of those things, then you can start planning your business.

Use a payroll software, I personally like Gusto. It handles withholding tax automatically and helps the employees with W-4's and other employment forms.

I'm not 18 though, so feel free to not heed my advice.
