Thank you for taking the time to read upon my thread, I'm here today to pitch my business offer with all members on this website.
I've been around in the Minecraft community now for a while, In my opinion, Minecraft is getting really boring for me now as making money is a big thing for myself but making the community happy is another! I've been playing Minecraft since there wasn't even a Multiplayer button, I got my 1st PC when I was around 10. This is where I decided to start playing Minecraft, I played Minecraft and then I stopped as It was borning and got tired of it. Same thing on my own and got distracted a lot and went out played football/soccor for the rest of the days, Then I come back in around 1.4 and Multiplayer was a big thing, (RNPrison/RNNetwork) was the 1st server I ever played, Simple OPPrison server.
I'm here today to pitch my business, I'm currently looking for a serious business partner, I someone in mind but don't think they are mature enough to go-ahead with such big responsibility of looking after a business. This is just a few things I'm looking for in a business partner

1. Willing to learn and try new things.
2. Must be 16+ (Contract/Legal/PayPal Reasons)
3. Willing to have a laugh, but when it comes to business, seriousness comes back to light.
4. Have a rough budget of around $100-200 for the 1st month and around $40-50]

Ok, You must be thinking, Well what will you and I be getting out of this?
You will be getting full access as a co-director, You will on a 12month contract to say we will be legally running the business for atleast 12months, If you wish to leave before 12months you can do so but must give 2 weeks notice for be to get another partner in and take over your possition.
For business purposes; I will not be discussing any plans over MCM, All communications will be kept over Skype.

What you will get out of it:

1. 50% of profits that come out of the business.

If we do not gain profit, what will happen?
You will be paid when I start to get paid, If we don't succeed for 3months then, I work as well so I will have access to money to keep paying, but business is all about trial and error, If we make a mistake, then we fix it and try again. I will be doing everything together, So if I we have a big choice to make, we will make it together! We will be putting a lot of effort into this business and trying out best to get the most out of it!


2. Responsibility

What will I get out of the business?
You will get everything I get, trust will be issued instantly, I DO NOT want any trust issues, I'm here to make money If I'm not making money something is wrong and will fix it as a team! You will also gain 50% of profits, We will be open to public with what we do with our money our NET PROFIT will be posted on our forums page each month so people know what we are doing to make our company better!
You will also get to visit our datacentre and office 2times a month for free without a charge, accomodation and travel and food will all be paid for!

Why will our company be unique?
Our company will be unique because most of our staff will be voluntary, meaning we have money to spend on other things than staff, This would then mean we don't need to register as a fully legal business as we will not be earning over £24,000 per year in full profit, after tax! If we start to pay TAX then we lose a lot more money and then we can't make our services better and more fun for our customers. Our company will also be unique because we will be owning most of our hardware within 12months which is a promise to all of our customers, One other promise to all customers is that we will NOT oversell! This is something that is becoming more and more popular with companies, they are overselling meaning they are selling 64gb ram when they only have 50gb.
We will be an international company with 24/7 helplines directed to our office in London (coming soon), Free train tickets will be available, when attending our office or datacentre, so you can get a better insight on our business, this includes all of our staff members! 15+ If you are under 15 you must attend with a parent/adult.

Experience:
I'm currently working at SubWay & apprenticeship at a datacenter, bringing in a bit of money for the company, I'm looking more of a good friend to be a parner, someone who has a small budget and someone who can chip in, I used to be a system-administrator but that died down due to me being in yr11, I'm starting a new course in June doing A level's in Linux and Windows OS Administration.

Are you paying yourself or just your partner...do you have any Linux experience as you're planning on selling VPSes?

What makes it special? The hosting industry has a shit ton of companies including mine that are at the bottom of the market. Only a couple are making profit due to their reputation and past work. The others, don't gain profit it all, either due to copying, or absolutely nothing is special.

I'm currently working at a datacenter, as an apprenticeship, I will get 75% of co-location, This is where in the future, I will be hosting things there, they own multiple in other countries, so this may be something I look into also.
We own a office currently, our staff will be there onsite, 24hours to fix any issues on our BETA server that is currently being worked on to be co-located, with 32gb ram, this will be located in our office for around 16hour uptime, this would be used for servers like SMP's so it's not up 24/7 but our partners will be able to use it to do a lot of testing on, we invested into this so we can do a lot of fixing on this machine instead of testing thins on live machines, I will look into more "unique" features in the future, but currently I'm looking on getting setup 1st.[DOUBLEPOST=1491518218][/DOUBLEPOST]
