My name is Ryan, I'm here today to gether a business partner.
I'm creating this new post because, The lost post, I never made it clear enough in my opinion.

I'm creating a server, I'm here today to place a post on here offering to create a server with someone, I will now make it clear, You will NOT be paying a monthly fee. You will be putting 50% towards builds, this means we have more money to spend on other things, custom builds, plugins, ect..

Here are some of my idea's
I'm looking to create a Minecraft network, I will only do one server if you wish to.
I'm looking to buy custom plugins & builds & make the server,network as unique as possible.
I will be speaking to you more about my idea's if you become interested in this project.

What you will get out of this.
You will get 50% of donations.
You will gain experience of how servers work, this server will lead to other projects that are coming within the next 12months.
You will access to all server files, passwords, (Everything I have access to)

How this will work:

1.) We pick, what server type or types we want to do
2.) We get to know more about each other
3.) We then pick a server name
4.) Then we will find a good website developer, plugin develper, GFX desginer within our budget.

2 Years of hosting, owned a hosting company, I work for a datacentre in the UK as a real job.
