Backstory: With Covid-19 not going away anytime soon, I ended up thinking "What the hell, why not create another minecraft server like back in the days". A month later I'm pretty deep into the rabbit hole, and well over 150 hours deep into building the infrastructure & front end, & the Minecraft server itself. I've now come to a conclusion, I need help, hence the thread.
The Proposal: Now, I'm looking for creative individuals, people with experience working with plugin configurations and know how to read basic error logs. Looking for people who are willing to risk hours of work without any commission if the server goes no where. Now I know that sounds pretty shitty, but I am being realistic here, not beating behind the bush, not promising $1,000's of dollars.
The structure and your cut $: Looking for two admins, each admin takes 20% of server profit after bills. (You won't pay any bills, I just ask for your time and hard work at the beginning and long-term)
Where I'm at and whats my vision?
60% done? SkyBlock server 60% there, SkyPvP server completed, Faction server in the works (50% there?)
Vision: Network server - scaleable, practical, fun. (Factions, SkyPvP, SkyBlock, MiniGames)

How to apply?
Shoot me a PM or message me on Discord (brianguerra#2394) with work you've done, skill sets, your vision. Once I review your message we'll jump on a call, will do a interview and if you fit the role, we'll work on signing some contracts for your fair share of future profits.
