Hi. I am looking for an experienced and motivated individual who has interest in technological development to go 50%/50% with myself on the creation and start-up of a technological development team.
Plan: After on board with a partner, We choose which platforms we want to operate on. Write a formal business plan and business structure for the team. Work towards implementing business structure following the business plan. Setup and Finalize marketing strategies, Important Documents, and Media Presence. At this point, based off of a discussion with my partner, I feel as if we are ready to begin staffing while following the business structure. Once the team is staffed, we begin networking our services to the public.
Knowledge in development is a plus, but not required.
Knowledge in Administration and Management Required.
Knowledge in Google Document Platforms Required.
