Buy commands plugin

Hello everybody,

I'm looking for a plugin, but I can't really find it.
I'm using citizens and commandnpc and here's what the plugin should do:
A player should pay a certain amount of money when he clicks the npc and when this gets activated, another command should be executed.

I already tried /eco and then the other command, but then it also activates the second command when the player has not enough money.

Is there anyone who could help me? Or is there already a plugin which can do this?
