Have you ever wanted to start a small business earning over 400$ a month during busy seasons? Then look no further as we at Koefdam are selling our server. Unfortunately for us it is time to move and therefore the server needs to be sold. We have over 600 active members and new members joining every day. The server includes a website koefdam. com where merchandise and in-game advantages are sold. The server also includes the Ps4 with the data on Disk to host the world. If you only are making 400$/months, why would this be a good investment as it's 20 months ROI. Not worth it tbh.

My estimate for Minecraft servers is:
Value > 1k ==> Income/month * 5
Value < 1k ==> Income/month * 3
