Hi my name is mridontclickbaitftw. This is going to be my first creation. What you will need is web hosting that is compatible with WordPress. Then I will make it so that everytime a player buys something the command is executed on your server. I will customize the website to your liking and then you can pay since I don't want anyone to receive a product they aren't satisfied with.
The software it is using is Xenforo. Im not sure if it is XF1 or XF2 but it also uses the MineSync addon given he has minecraft accounts linked to it.
