Buycraft ban

So I have an account and it's buycraft banned, any way I can get it unbanned or work around it?

I am having similar issues, where one of my accounts was buycraft-banned because the previous owner charged back on Mineplex. However, I've been told that servers can individually override this ban if they have a buycraft powered shop. I was looking to buy a rank on hypixel so I sent them a support ticket stating my case and it took 13 days for a response but I got it three hours ago. If you are looking to buy ranks on different buycraft servers IDK, and I assume responses are different per server but here are the questions I was responded to with

Have you ever had any issues with payments either on Hypixel or on any other Minecraft servers in the past? We are asking about transactions you made to Minecraft servers which at first were sent successfully, but for some reason or another had to be refunded or disputed.

If the answer is yes, please provide the following information:
> On which server did it happen?
> When did it happen?
> Why did it happen?
> What had been purchased, and for how much?
> How did it all resolve? Did you talk with the server's customer support service?

Again I don't know much about the issue but hopefully I saved you some time.
