I'm not a web developer, so I can't say for sure, but definetly not less than $35.

Your Buycraft theme would be in about the $75-$125 USD range in my book. You'd also need quite a bit of custom graphics made from a graphic designer before a web developer could even do anything. Get in touch with me if you're interested in allowing me to make this for you.

At least $125 from a reliable designer. Also, would you provide the artwork? If not, the price would be much higher from a web designer.
