Buycraft error? Fix?

Hello just wanted to ask a question.

net.buycraft.plugin.internal.okhttp3.internal.http.RealInterceptorChain.proceed(RealInterceptorChain.java:92) ~[BuycraftX%20.jar:?]

That came up in my servers/bungee randomly for some reason, sometimes my server can fetch player's queue and sometimes it doesnt.

Is this a server issue? Or Buycraft issue?

This has happened to me before, i think it's a Buycraft issue.
