if I get ultimate for a month and get a theme that will only work for ultimate then downgrade to premium after, would the theme still work?

I can confirm that it will keep itself working, but if your using a template, you will not be able to edit it after the plan runs out. Some of the features of your Ultimate theme may stop working. But the overall theme will still work. If your not using a template, and it’s just a theme, you will still be able to use it and edit it.
