Hey i was creating a buy craft but relized you have to setup a paypal i thought all good i have one but then relized you have to make a business one is there any way to bypass this or create a business one with fake info/underage info

No you need real info as far as I know.

you can use a personal account however, it has a limit + there is a waiting period to recieve the money unless your personal paypal is verified using a bank info!

Personal account has limitations of the transactions, however it can be upgradeable. If you get to that point where you make decent money even when you sleep, you will need a business account with real and valid information. Real people with real funds cannot pay to fake accounts - definitely punishable. You can always ask your parents to create a business account with their details which you will be using. They won’t steal your money and kick you out of the house. It is better than asking a stranger.
