Buycraft doesn't take any of your income besides paying for the plan of course. The money you earn goes to you.
Yes I know that, but my question is if a player chargeback, can they have it, or we have it, else, using buycraft is useless

I wouldn't say it's not worth it. The chance you get a charge back is low. It's quite pricey however. There aren't many alternatives. The best option for an alternative is crafting store. I've never used it so i can't answer anything about it for you.
