Hey guys!

So I am having a problem where people are refunding all their donations wich
I don't even have enough money in my paypal to even refund.

Anyone know how to deny EVERY chargebacks from buycraft and refunds?

For example, over here in the Netherlands, consuments have the right to chargeback online products within 14 days. Making a TOS against that is unlawful and in that case, PayPal still has the right to accept the chargeback.
Why..? The only reason a person should chargeback an online purchase is if they either 1) did not receive the product they purchased or 2) were not satisfied with the product, and also are not out of the given chargeback period for unsatisfied customers (if there is any given by the business). That's rather stupid to allow chargebacks regardless of what the business says. Also, that only applies to businesses in the Netherlands, but I still think it's a bad thing

This is a joke right... The consumer isn't the one who has to pay a $20 credit card chargeback fee.

If you lose money, then yes, feel free to do so.

"he only reason a person should chargeback an online purchase is if they either 1) did not receive the product they purchased or 2) were not satisfied with the product," Explains it very much. If they were not satisfied, they have the right to chargeback within 14 days.
Also, if you are selling ranks, you are required to be registered as a business in the Netherlands.

At the end of the day, it sounds stupid, but in fact it's only fair. Customers can't feel or try-out a product usually over the internet. It might not be what they expected.

But the problem with that is that I've never once in my life seen a company that advertises/sells a product and doesn't tell you what it is. If it's a program, most give free trials and tell you what you get when you upgrade. For buycraft, I've never seen a server NOT tell you every benefit you get with a rank, therefore there's no way you can't be satisfied with the rank you get if you've read the buycraft

Why do you keep talking about the Netherlands when the op is from Canada? And does that mean people can buy Ebooks and then refund it after they have read them?
