Buying 250x250 Factions spawn ($125.00)

Hello MC-Market,
I am hoping to buy a 250x250 closed factions spawn with 2 pvp areas side by side, decorated with red-carpet indicated with pvp-zone with at least 2 buildings bridge-linked to each other on both pvp arenas. I want the spawn area of the spawn at least 30x30-45 closed-building, which includes 2 rooms of any size for multipurpose reasons. I want walking space around it. I do not want at any way for my members to escape it. I want a detailed, filled-in shop 30x40-45 blocks with balanced, Medium-Hard core, Essentials economy prices. I want a detailed mob grinder of any size dropping onto a halfslab so that any baby-entities do not slip out. I want a mini-area which includes [Sell] all types of fish for the same price and a [Buy] sign for fishing rods and a 4block deep 7x7 pool where my members can fish. I would like to see an in-depth preview of how the product of the it looks like in 30+ pictures (showing the prices of some of the items + details with-in all of the added 'pimp-outs + spawn area + mob grinder + 2 multipurpose rooms. I am putting in 125.00 USD into this, I will only choose the best of the best. If I do not like your quality on some of the parts of the build I will negotiate for a lower price.

To be honest with all these demands and for that size. 125 is quite a low budget. But you can make it happen with low profile builders. Or save up to get a higher quality spawn build by recommended builders. Nonetheless best of luck :)

Hello, I manage a build team called "HelixBuids". You can check out our website @ http://helixbuildteam.weebly.com/. Our builds are cheap and affordable! We can definitely build what you need within hours/days! We currently have a special doing, buy 1 build get another free! You can contact me on the forums or on skype. Skype: "skypemining". We generally take 3 business days for the builds and can pay more for the time to be reduced. The build team consist of 11 players that are skilled and trained.
