Buying a Better iHCF/Para Fork ASAP [Updated]

I'm looking to buy a really good hcf core and i want it to include these stuff:
- Kitmap mode with stats scoreboard (kills, deaths and balance) - PvP timer and deathbans are disabled and whenever someone dies the faction's dtr goes low by 0.1 and the time until regen i want it to be for 1 minute
- in kitmap mode enabled i should be able in config to add commands such as broadcast player has won the 3rd killstreak number and the second command crates givekey player KillReward and 3rd line give the player his killstreak number
- staff chat
- staff mode with staff scoreboard
- staff join & leave message
- custom events that includes koth - citadel - conquest
- Be able to change the scoreboard colors in config like:
pvptimer: "&a&l"
combat: "&c&l"
enderpearl: "&e&l"
stuck: "&4&l"
logout: "&c&l"
archermark: "&6&l"
gapple: "&6&l"
apple: "&6&l"
teleportation: "&9&l"
classwarmup: "&b&"
koth: "&9&l"
citadel: "&5&l"
conquest: "&6&l"
- Should be able to change the names of the stuff on scoreboard in config like:
pvptimer: "PvP Timer"
combat: "Spawn Tag"
enderpearl: "Enderpearl"
stuck: "Stuck"
logout: "Logout"
gapple: "Gopple"
teleportation: "Home"
- should be able to customize the events in game like event change captime etc
- should be eventloot commands and event key open broadcast so it shows the player is - opening the crate and then after that another message to say what he obtained
- Should have these classes (miner, bard, archer, rogue)
- Should have base in it (if needs more money then it's fine no need for base)
- Should have a test server ip that i can be oped on
- report & helpop system (i want it to be exactly like frozenorb's. you can join velt or arcane to test it out
NOTE: I was about to buy Notifyz's hcf core but he changed his mind he's not selling it to me anymore cause he hates my developer. and I'm buying a hcf core ASAP so please if you already have this reply to his or DM me immediately.
Budget: I've seen some good for 20$ so Currently it's 40$

Voration are selling their hcf core for 30$ and I'm looking for a bit better one
I've seen so many cheap hcf cores but don't 100% have what i want
Also price is changeable

it's a iHCF fork. So much people have iHCF Forks and they're really good.
I'm buying only 1 plugin for 40$
