Buying a blacklist ban plugin

I want a custom message option config and i want it to log all of these to a file
permission-commands:
blacklist.blacklist- /blacklist <name> <reason>
blacklist.unblacklist- /unblacklist <name> <reason>

config file example:
message format: "&4{user} was blacklisted for {reason}"
kick/ban message format line 1: "&4&l----&8&l[&bBlacklisted&8&l]&4&l----"
kick/ban message format line 2: "&6 You were blacklisted"
kick/ban message format line 3: "&3for &9 {reason} "
kick/ban message format line 4: "&bby &6{punisher}"

log file example:
{user} was blacklisted for {reason} by {punisher}
{user} was unblacklisted for {reason} by {punisher}

need as soon as possible
