Buying a /blacklist plugin

Hey, I'm looking for a Blacklist plugin, which will when executed will have it's ban join screen, saying you have been blacklisted from (servername) for (reason). The plugin should have permissions to execute the command and to exempt a specific group/player, furthermore, there should be a config to add exempt groups/players and edit the language on it (text). Looking for this plugin for my 1.8.8 server and also, should when a player is blacklisted and they log onto an alt, their alt should be banned (ip-banned), for reason: blacklisted on (player name) etc and should notify people in chat with a specific permission when someone is blacklisted and also, something like a command to check users who are blacklisted and their reason, should also support MySQL/MariaDB and BungeeCord. If anyone is selling a plugin like this or can custom code me one please PM me.

I've never used lite bans but how well known the plugin is, I wouldn't be surprised if blacklist is in the plugin. don't quote me on it though.

There isn't a /blacklist in the plugin itself. Maybe if you edit the API or something?

I have litebans, however, there is no blacklist command on it. Only IP-Ban is the closest one. However, IP-Ban looks like a normal ban. Hence, would confuse players and they might purchase an unban. Furthermore, forgot to add this but would like this plugin to overide any ban plugins, such as normal bukkit ban/essentials ban and litebans. Also, if using the FlatFile storage instead of MariaDB/MySQL then would like it to create it's on file with the UUID of the players banned. Furthermore, must be UUID compatible and not blacklist IGNs, which have been changed etc.[DOUBLEPOST=1503598553][/DOUBLEPOST]

Its got MySQL Support. And will allow Blacklists.
It doesn't have IP support however you could add that or get a Developer to add that in.

What big Networks do is use IP-Ban as a black-list system alone and change the messages, But it's easier and more complete to make a new plugin and which isn't hard.
