Buying a Custom Factions Spawn

I am looking for somebody to possibly make me a factions spawn. I am looking for around 125x125-150x150 and would like it to be pretty detailed. I would need it to have a place for crates, enchanting, maybe a few boards to post rules on? I am pretty flexible about it and am hoping to stay around $20-$35.
