Buying a custom plugin that hooks into mcmmo

Hi everyone,
I just want a simple plugin that somehow changes a random block (configurable) into a sword or axe (both configurable)for mcmmo training purposes.

eg. Attacking a monster with a carrot will yeild the amount of mcmmo levels in mcmmo normally done with a sword.
eg #2 Attacking a monster with a fish will yeild the amount of mcmmo levels in mcmmo normally done with an axe.

Eg config:

ItemID: 99
Mcmmo Skill: Axe

ItemID: 51
Mcmmo Skill: Sword

Thanks for your time Willing to pay $40 for this plugin, if it is as simple as I think it may be. (1 hour of work)
