I don't really have a budget, but I'm interested in purchasing a really good anticheat plugin for my faction server.

If there are any out there, can you send me some please <3

Are you looking for a custom coded one, or purchasing one that has already been released publically?

If you do not have a good budget, I would recommend one of spigot xd, example: iShield, Reflex etc

Just a good anti-cheat, it can been custom coded.

You can get public (paid) anti cheats on spigot for around 15-20 dollars, or you could hire someone (for a couple hundred dollars) to code a custom one. I don't know what your definition of a good anti cheat is.
