Buying a Factions Spawn | Please professionsals only | Need examples

I need around 199x199 to a 249x249 or so spawn. Needs to be able to fit a shop, token shop (really small just a place for a villager), a crates place (also pretty small), a place to display donation information, a big place to have enchantment tables and anvils etc., and a bigger place to put my custom class info and buying them and such (i will talk more in depth). I dont want it to be like a general spawn w/ walls and towers. I would like something unique and the spawn to be very open and such. Want there to be a nice drop down too. I would also like a little place for them to spawn when the first join (maybe like 49x49 or so block) where they can choose there class and learn about our up coming plugins.
