Buying a high quality prison server or setup

Hello,

I'm currently looking to purchase a highly detailed and well setup prison server. It can have a playerbase / domain / forum, though this is not required. I'm more interested in how everything is setup and what plugins where used etc...
Yes, i'm also open for prison setups. though i'm only looking for an already completed / exclusive one.

I do not have a max budget in mind. As i'm looking to quickly find something that i can enjoy spending my time on.
