I don't really recommend paying that much if you have barely any income. It's cheaper if you were to start your own and work your way up, simply buy WHMCS and some dedicated servers.

If you don't have enough money to invest into a business you shouldn't be starting one. You can make more money working a physical job (then you can invest that money into starting a small hosting service thread).
You don't need a company straight away, with a website, domain, artwork, automatic billing, and pretty much everything else that will cost you money. You can simply purchase a dedicated machine, pay someone to set it up for you, and have a control panel installed on it like multicraft or pufferpanel, but this will still cost you about $50-100 monthly. After and if you do get all of that setup you can open a small thread (not looking like a company, just as a service) to sell server hosting. Again, you should make your own money and pay for this server bill completely on your own like if it costed you nothing (meaning you should have a job and lots of money, not allowance and birthday money). Just remember you don't need all of the big things that big hosts have, because you are not big. It is common sense that everyone started small, if you blow off all of your money too fast on things you don't need you run out of money.

Sometimes unique things come about from being wise and starting with a limit. If you take a step back and find someone who is willing to help you could even end up with someone who knows how to code, say, websites or even good at sys admin . Don't rush to setup a complete full-blown company with website, automatic billing right away unless you have cash to throw out a window. Everyone starts small, I wish you the best of luck.

I mean, I was just having a cute moment, Shattered came and helped, then I agree'd and gave you some tips now you come back at me with disrespect and what seems to be confusion with the fact "ALL HOSTS MUST USE MULTICRAFT". Um, how old are you? No offense.
When I opened MPG back in 2014 I dropped 3.7k into it before we opened, and a lot more after it was opened. $500 is a decent amount but it won't get you very far if you can't do the work yourself and have to outsource it all. Not to mention for the fact the hosting market is not what it used to be.
