Buying A Network (Paying Decently)

Hello, I am Beadle!

Why I Am Here: I am looking to buy a Network that is already set and has a playerbase. (Only needs to be 15-25 Average).

What should the network have?: I want it to be a network that has been around for awhile. And has a decent playerbase as stated above. The 2 Gamemodes I really want on it are Skyblock, and Hcf. (I own a factions server so I can just add mine.) Needs a cool hub that is bungeed to everything. And atleast 300 Unique Joins. Lastly, Needs the domain and art. Website I could care less for, But I want the buycraft.

Why do I want this if I already have a server?: I am trying to expand my factions server. We have around 250 players on weekends. And 100-150 on weekdays. I promised I would open hcf and maybe skyblock But I dont have time to make them because of school and work.

Offer: For everything stated and at a good state. I am offering $200.(Just a Number we can work things out.) (Defiantly will go up if there is a bigger playerbase and/or the server has more well working gamemodes.)

If you have custom plugins I would also pay more for those in good condition.

No I want to know how much a playerbase of 15-25 will make in about a month. Because I am not paying more then what they make in a month.

Ive seen them make 250-300 or some if done well and new players joining , could do 750+. So anything is possible.

Really doubt anyone would sell their server for that low if they got a 15-25, I mean when I had a 30 consistent server it pulled in about $500 a month, so I mean a 15-25 should bring in more than $250 a month so doubt anyone would sell their server for what they earn a month.

for all I know they have 15 friends on discord and tell them to play the server. So when I buy it the player base leaves bc they were for show not actual players.
