Buying a plugin that groups of npc invade towns

I'm buying a plugin that groups of npc's invade towns by going in their and killing online players within a town and looting chests. The npc's skin should be configurable which means I can change it to any texture url and the npc's can use guns I use in crackshotplus. Also I'm able to set how often the npc's spawn and how many spawn and the amount of npc's spawn per player online in a town. Also I want to make it so that they attack one town at a time but if you want you can configure them to attack multiple towns at once. I'll pay $25 for a plugin that does all of this.
