Buying a PrisionOP server

Im thinking to buy a PrisionOP server I just need a little requirements they are two options
1.-Actual working server
2.-Pre-made server
So first if is it a Actual working server the requirements are...

• At least 15-30 Players
• The server is ready with ranks and all these things
• Designs (optional)

And if you have a premade server just ...

• All the server is ready to run.
