Buying a prison or factions server 100$

Hello me and my friend have always wanted to own a server but we always fail for one reason we don't have a lot of popularity I want to buy a server that has these req

1. Makes enough money each month to support it with some extra for new hubs features etc.

2.must of had more then 20 player on at a point

3. It must have buycraft all the plugins you need and decent server build theme as if it can't be sloppy if it is we may buy it but not for the price we said (100$) as of it costs money for a build team

Impossible to get average of 20 players for 100 dollars. For 100 dollars you can get a HQ setup.

For a 20ish or so playerbase is in the hundreds mate.

I don't mean player base I was unclear I mean sorta the most players you have must be 20+ it's not a must I can always hire a youtuber I ask that so I can make a goal

for a 20 pb that's actually stable you'd be looking at 1.5-2.5k.
