Buying a Prison Server/Server Setup

Hey MC-Market! Currently, I'm on the lookout for a prison server/server setup to add to my upcoming network. I do have a few requirements for said server:

• Builds, plugins, and overall the server's configuration must've only been used on 1 server, I don't want a spawn that 5 other servers have.
• Following up the last requirement, no downloaded builds either please.
• Must be ready to run, if I have to update plugins or the server jar that's fine but it needs to be in working condition.
• The server files needed to run it. I don't need the website, dedi's, or domains the server may have had; but it would be nice.
  
• A-Z mines preferred, I may also go with A-D.
  
• Non-OP.

My budget is at max $150. I may go a bit higher but it might take a while to get the money needed.

I have most of it done, I used to own a server but it went down. I only need to finish the donation ranks etc.
