Introduction
Hey, I'm Cityseis and I'm looking to buy a server for around 1.2k.

Specifics
The server does not have to have various custom coded plugins. There are two things I want in this server:
  • Monetization
  • Good Playerbase
Preferably, I would love a factions server. If you don't have factions, kitpvp or prison will do.
It must be:
  • KitPvP, Prison or Factions
  • A single sever only - not a bungeecord network.

Desired Playerbase
According to my price, 1.2k I'd be happy to get an approximate 50 player average. If the server is exactly what I want I can expand to 1.5k.

Community
i'm not too fussed about the community, but I don't want too many bad eggs.

What you will be giving me:
The domain and server files, as well as minecraftserver.org account (email translation)
  • Domain (transferred to my NameCheap account)
  • Server Files
  • Buycraft
  • Server List Accounts
Vital Information for the seller
Once you have sold the server to me, you are not the owner anymore. You will have absolutely no say in how I execute my operation on the server, you will have zero leftover permissions.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to ask that you send the domain and files first. I understand you could risk losing your whole server, however I cant risk losing that amount of money.

To prove my legitimacy you may see my spigot profile, I am an extremely reputable person on one of Minecraft's most empowered forum. See: http://www.spigotmc.org/members/cityseis.4558/

I also have provided building services to a very large portion of the server community, my building services post is one of the biggest services post on Spigot. See: http://www.spigotmc.org/threads/open-۞-cityseis-building-business-۞-build-specialist.17996/

Also my art services: http://www.spigotmc.org/threads/cityseis-freelance-illustration.35786/

Your server will be in good hands, you don't need to worry about that. I have 1 and a half years of server administration experience, I know all the do's and don'ts.

Use Escrow, A lot more secure than PayPal and a middleman.
Heard of it, never looked into it though. Will take a look!

Can't wait for you to buy a server, I'm sure someone will sell their's to you City. :)
Thanks man, I appreciate it <3

Some advice I have for you:
-Make sure the person you're buying the server from hasn't told any of his players about this, and be sure to replace all staff before releasing the server up under your ownership.
-1.2k unfortunately won't get you up to a 50+ average server, but it'll get you around 30+, which is still decent.
-Server should be in at least top 250 in minecraftservers.org
-Use a middle man. (I suggest Logical Solutions™ or Yive, but Logical can't hold moniez rn so Yive it is.)
Anyways, good luck!
Thanks!

I would recommend possibly creating a server and using that money to advertise. Im sure 1.2k can get you a pretty flowing player base. Good luck!

He said he would pay up to $1200 and he said maybe $1500, so if he buys a server for $1200, he will have $300 for advertisements, better plugins, developers all that jaz. After a while of taking over that server of course he will make some money, so then he has more money on his plate to spend on the server, more space, ram etc.

Yet if he pays $500 for an extremely high-quality setup, then he'd have $1000 for advertisements. That's definitely a better choice than having 10 - 15 players player, medium-quality server, and a medium-quality website.

Dude, give me a break aha. It was my opinion, you don't have to discriminate it. He also said up to 50 players, read your information kid.
