Why not invest money into your own server, even a stable 5 players, you’re going to need to increase your budget depending on what the server has. If it has things that are nice like a forum, logo, good domain name, etc, you’re going to need more $.

The website for most expandable 5+ playerbase servers costs this amount. I'd recommend building your own server to spend funds where only essential with a budget this size.
