Normally the player base of my server remains 5 - 10 players, Most nights it is 3 - 5. I have been growing a discord server has around 60 members (Minecraft based) most of the members that have played the server want more game modes. They wouldn't mind if we didn't have payouts. As for hosting I am currently using Shockbyte but might transfer to a cheaper hosting (Fallout hosting). I am planning on buying 4, 5 GB ram servers (Prison, Skyblock, Survival, Factions) 1, 3 GB ram server (hub) 1, 1 GB Ram server (bungeecord). My budget is $200 and below.

This isn't true on many levels. I started a prison server with $50 and we got well over 500 concurrent players.
If you know how to do it then you can. Out of the four servers I've founded all of them have had well over 100+ concurrent and were all started with less that $200.[DOUBLEPOST=1580185905][/DOUBLEPOST]

You sound so stupid right now. I can make a server for $20 right now if I wanted to. All I would have to do is purchase a 4GB VPS and a domain. I could start getting players by getting friends to play on my server. It's hilarious how you are saying that someone needs to purchase a $150 "custom spigot" for starting out.
It's funny because people who say "I work with quite a few server owners and know what exactly it takes" are usually the most retarded when it comes to making successful servers.
Your grammar and writing is terrible, it's barely understandable. I also have never heard someone call server owners "High Dollar server owners" and what is a "Plugin Series"? I have created multiple servers that had no advertising upfront that had active communities. I also know others who have done so as well. There is no formula for creating servers, instead you are suggesting spending a shit load of money on pointless things.
You can check out some of my premade servers, https://www.mc-market.org/resources/authors/20999/ and then you would just have to upload them to a host and would still have some extra money for small advertising.
Sorry but I am trying to make my server as original as it can be. I don't want a lot of other servers to have the same gameplay as mine. I want it so players wouldn't go to other servers just because it is as similar as mine.
For something like that you need a dev and well well upwards of $125.
I was offered this https://www.mc-market.org/threads/542895/ for $15 buy it now. Contacted the seller, he is really nice and everything. It included everything I needed except survival and prison. So does anyone have a Prison/Survival server files for sale? (not premade)
